About
Culture
This aspect of XeBee is of foundational importance to us. However, why should it be important to you?
Because happy, fulfilled workers are more engaged, thoughtful, and caring. The result is that you receive a consistently superior level of service and a better overall experience when you work with our XeBee team members.
Here are a few of the ingredients we use to foster commonality of purpose:
As a united team, we are fully invested in our vision of the company that is infused with a spirit, focus, and framework to allow us to envision and realize the greater good our collective work is having on our customers and their clients.
Our team members are encouraged to foster their own creativity, constantly innovate, set goals, and determine how to meet them.
Our “Can You Imagine?” virtual wall is a well spring of inspiration and motivation for the team to put forth their own ideas and then work to bring them to fruition.
Our teams are led by coaches, not managers.
All team members receive the benefit of constant training and have the opportunity to become mentors to new team members.
Our Story
When Melissa and Jeffrey founded XeBee in 2013, they had spent a number of years working for a large personal injury law firm gathering records. That learning experience taught them what did and did not work for medical records retrieval. Applying this experience and the economies of scale to this critical aspect of case development was the genesis of XeBee.
Our job isn’t just the collection of records. Rather, it’s helping your firm be more effective and efficient with data to help you prepare your cases.
We believe that while automation certainly plays a role in efficiency, it’s having intelligent conversations that sets the foundation for making the biggest difference for our customers.
In keeping with our guiding philosophy, we recognize that every law practice is unique. Therefore, we work closely with you to understand the individual requirements of your office and then we tailor our services accordingly.
Our focused conversations also extend to everyone with whom we interact. For example, our approach to the medical community. From our perspective, each facility represents an opportunity to develop a lasting, cordial, and mutually beneficial relationship. We listen to them, learn, and then follow their specific procedures for releasing records. The result of these actions is that we quickly deliver requested materials to our customers, while not becoming a nuisance to medical facilities.
